We recognised at an early stage the paramount need to continuously improve the performance and skills of our staff. As a result the company developed an integrated plan for training all employees with the goal of
developing the most effective workforce within our industry. People are an organisation's most valuable asset - especially in the IT industry where changes and technological developments are incessant.
